• Everything went awesome, Shantal and Cassie were sweet and welcoming. They both said then could contact me when my extensions came in but they didn't which Shantal brought up and apologized for. The only other thing was Shantal teased my hair a lot to make the extensions fit and I hate teasing I feel like it really damages the hair and it was a struggle to get the extensions out of
