• I always have a wonderful experience. My only complaint I've ever had was one time I had a stylist who preferred to use more product than I like in my hair cuz I don't like anything sticky or any products that Leave too much oilyness and the next time I went in and got her again I told her and she only used a spray in conditioner and a small amount of heat protectant so I was much happier. Other than that which I wouldn't say is a bad issue more of my own personal preference the stylists have always done an amazing job and my hair always looks wonderful afterwards. The staff and management are all very sweet and I have enjoyed my interaction with all of them!!!
