• Walked in from out of town and they got me right in! My stylist was so sweet and did such an awesome job on big and bouncy waves! Products smell so good and I can still smell it 2 days later. Definitely recommend especially if you're staying in the city center :)

• I always leave Blo/Out with a smile on my face. I know I will be getting compliments on my hair for the next couple of days. Katie does a terrific job with the shampoo as well as the blo dry, and the staff is always so congenial and accommodating
