• I worked with Joe on dying my hair from dark brown to a dark red and he was absolutely amazing, provided great conversation, and completely understood what I wanted. My appointment went well beyond the time anyone would have though it would have taken yet he did not rush and worked a great blow out to complete my new color. I would highly recommend him to any client looking for a slight change in their look to a drastic leap of faith type of change - he'll make you feel comfortable and confident!

• Melody was awesome! I unfortunately have short hair and limited options as to what I can do with it. Melody was a miracle worker and even changed the style when I wasn't totally pleased with my original idea. She kept working until I was satisfied and I felt beautiful for my brother's wedding. I would definitely recommend BLO/OUT. Great experience from start to finish.

• I had a great visit with BLO/OUT bar on the day of my graduation. My stylist listened to what I was looking for and details about my day in order to make sure my hair looked perfect for when I would need it to (pictures, the actual ceremony, etc). My hair held up great despite the rainy day we had. Would definitely go back again!
