• I called around 6:30pm to see if any appointments were still available since I didn’t book online. The girl who answered the phone was extremely friendly and said it was not a problem. My appointment was at 7:15pm. The male and female at the front desk were so courteous; the male asked if I wanted a beverage while I waited. Alessandra took care of me from start to finish and was very knowledgeable! My hair has been a little dry/damaged from it being processed and using heat more often than I have in the past. She gave me good tips and did a great job blowing out my hair! I have very thick hair and it took her no time at all. I’ve been to BLO/OUT several times and never had a bad experience. I’ll be back again for sure, and I will be requesting Alessandra! Thank you!
