• It was a little bit chaotic yesterday. There seemed to be not enough room for everyone and it felt that both of the services that I had done were rushed. I think the girls were doing the best that they could but it looked like there was just too much going on.

• Because you can never get anyone on the phone and it's highly impersonal. I don't mind booking by text or online, but when you make a mistake or want to reschedule or need advice about a service, it is impossible to talk to anyone and the customer feels left out
