• The team is great every time. My only feedback is that every time I come you are running late. I don't mind it's late, I just mind that I make sure to get there on time only to sit and wait. Would be great if there was a way to call/text customers to let them know if you are behind. Allow me to do other things before I get there. I’m sure if I was late to the appointment by 10-15 mins, it might be cancelled or I would at least call to let you know.

• Ali was great and the experience was great! It just wasn't clear what styles in the look book were included in what pricing category so I ended up getting something I didn't want (regular blow out v a pony tail - as the pony tail is classified as an updo but it wasn't clear online). But the service itself was great.
