I'm so glad I found this place. Nice and welcoming little studio tucked in along Lake Boone Trail. I love that you can sign up for classes individually- you're not committed to an entire session at the same time every week (unless you book a workshop). I enjoy the variety of classes available - if I feel like I need to slow down, I can take a Yin class, or if I want to sweat, I can take a flow class.
My daughter loves the Tween sessions.
