First class and Sara was great! She has some of the best guided meditation/narration I’ve ever had in a yoga class, and the quotes/wisdom she chose to share with us were exactly what I needed that day.
Location is convenient and atmosphere is relaxing and encouraging. Also ample and easy parking.
