I was very nervous at first being a first stime mom and never experiencing prenatal yoga before. Also having just moved here knowing no one but everyone was so nice and welcoming I didn't feel any reservations once everything started.
I loved getting the email beforehand about what to expect so I was prepared going in. The studio is clean and the instructor was so friendly. I also appreciate being able to sign up for a series instead of needing to sign up for individual classes. Looking forward to the rest of the classes in this series!

I enjoyed my experience. I had not been since March of 2020 and everything was neat and clean. The instructor was very attentive.
I like the facility. The instructor was thorough and easy to follow. The temperature in the room was comfortable. I was a little sore after class then my body felt phenomenal today. The only thing I would have changed would have been to dim the lights..
