Love the atmosphere, wonderful positive vibe. Class felt great!
I was very nervous at first being a first stime mom and never experiencing prenatal yoga before. Also having just moved here knowing no one but everyone was so nice and welcoming I didn't feel any reservations once everything started.
I loved getting the email beforehand about what to expect so I was prepared going in. The studio is clean and the instructor was so friendly. I also appreciate being able to sign up for a series instead of needing to sign up for individual classes. Looking forward to the rest of the classes in this series!
I enjoyed being back in the studio after so long, it was a great class.
