I had my third baby this past November and haven't been able to attend any classes for over a year. I felt comfortable speaking with the instructor prior to class as well as throughout the class. I was able to move at my own pace and not feel behind or pressured to do what others were doing if I couldn't. The class moved at a pace I was comfortable with. The instructor explained each pose clearly and corrected any incorrect moves.
