The teachers are amazing and everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. A warm and welcoming studio for anyone at all levels I brought my friend who doesn't do yoga and she enjoyed herself too. Judy was so helpful and made sure she was getting into the postures correctly. Above and beyond by all the people there!
