I love your studio, it is very friendly, calm and relaxing energy. Loved Janice' class. It helped me to remember why I love this type if yoga. I used to practice Bikram regularly, but the last few years stopped so much and my favorite studios all closed. I am very happy and grateful that you guys are still standing and didnt cave in to the insanity 🙏
