The teacher Judy was amazing she made sure that we were doing the positions correct and it was so rewarding how much our body detoxed
Brian is a great instructor and runs a fun, high energy class.
It is a wonderful class. The instructors are enthusiastic and attentive, treating you like you are the only person in the studio. Well, the weekly classes with less students are my favorite even on the weekend when the class is at its maximum capacity and is still a wonderful experience. In particular Janice is amazing. Brian is also great with a large class on Sunday. I need to somehow figure out how to get it into my routine during the week with my work hours.
