Because it was my first time ever to do yoga much less hot yoga and everything about the place put me at ease the moment I walked in the door. The workout was challenging but the instructor was so encouraging that I felt very good about my experience

Lisbeth is a great instructor, she has a helpful cadence and pushes the class to work hard
