Jessica the instructor has such attention to detailed that I get the most out of every posture but she does it in a way that is nonjudgmental and makes me feel welcomed ... I'm very intimidated because I'm new and she makes it more comfortable for me

The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is professional and extremely warm/welcoming. After a couple visits you are truly a member of the family
You offer only 90 minute classes which I think it the best way to start a Bikram practice. The Alexandria teachers are incredible: knowledgable, interested, compassionate. The students are helpful and encouraging. It is just a wonderful community.
