Bikram Alexandria has a knowledgeable and approachable yogi team and the atmosphere is welcoming, calming and invigorating. I am almost 50 and not in the best shape and I feel comfortable meeting my personal goals in the sessions, inspired outside of the hot room and always look forward to my practice!
