Excellent class with a vibrant instructor!
Bikram Yoga Alexandria has an overall pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very courteous. The classroom and additional amenities were clean and spacious. Our instructor was clear when giving his instructions and supportive in terms of ensuring that newcomers such as myself were fixing their posture as needed. His pacing as we moved through the poses was perfect. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
