well i love you dudes, i tell people all the time to go , the problem is yoga is actually pretty hard and the long term benefits are not readily apparent and kinda reveal themselves after quite a bit of practice . unfortunately most people don't want to make that commitment , people kinda have to find it for themselves, or not . ill keep trying but i mostly feel like Cassandra
