The classes start on time, are well run and I enjoy the slightly less "formal" style where there is occasional chit chat, stories, individual advice, etc.
I do wish that we could shower there at some point- that would change which classes I could attend if I didn't have to go home before I go to work. But that's probably a ways off.
You progress at where your body is now, tension & no pain, no pressure to be a gymnast. You receive encouragement each class. Even on days you feel stiff, bloated or heavy, by the end of class you feel better to have taken class, mind & body.
I love you guys. You all are very supportive. Bikram yoga has changed my life mentality,spiritually and physically. I spend more time in joy thank you all🙏

Everything about Bikram Yoga Alliance speaks awesome. The environment is so uplifting. The instructors are amazing and I'm a better man physically, mentally, and spiritually bc of their leadership🙏🏾
