Bikram Alexandria has it all. Great location and teachers. I'm having trouble coming up with the right words to describe the community and the facility. It is that wonderful. So many are afraid to do Hot Yoga. Bikram Alexandria teaches yoga to every one: all ages and shapes. I love your studio.
This studio only gets better. I've been going 10+ years now. Adrian's class was great. Really loved his cueing. 100% on point. Micheal is just so friendly andaccommodat Ing. Very positive vibe all around.
Each of the instructors are pros. The facility is nice and clean. You feel the instructors wants you to do well and push you to the next level.
