It was friendly environment, the instructor communicated clearly and was attentive to new members. The yoga was challenging and fun. The instructor alsoexplained postures and I saw improvements in poses that were challenging for me.
I love how I feel afterwards. I really like the workout and the pace for me. I also feel it detoxes me. It is the only membership I have kept and continue with. (Started in 2010) just can't seem to make it often enough.
