Same day I went to the mall with my two daughter and i realized even after 8 hours of shopping walking I didn't feel tire but feels great and feels very lightand energized.
I'm not sure due to yoga but sure my body felt very good all day
From the front desk gal to swan the instructor to earl the masseuse to the nice and encouraging members- great studio!!
I like the location and management team
