The environment is encouraging and fun and the yoga feels great and purposeful
Jen, the teacher was fabulous and friendly
The instructor was wonderful, made a 90 minute class fly by. I never felt my mind wander from my practice. The studio is also set up quite nice, you don't feel like you're overcrowded, even though class was full. Most importantly the heat--I've been to a lot of "hot" yoga studios that just don't keep it as hot as it should be.
I love the atmosphere and the great challenge to stretch hose muscles and stick in there with the heat!
Great friendly staff, knowledgeable instructors, nice shower facilities, plenty of parking, great deals, wonderful energy, easy sign up for classes! What's not to love!
