Options for classes are great. Instructors are awesome we just did Wendy’s class for the first time..great coaching and making sure we were performing the exercises appropriately

The instructor s are very personal and care about each individuals performance throughout each lesson.. Shout out to Lucy ..she is exceptional with her technique ..and the way she interacts with me at each class ..
