I have been attending Berwick Pilates since April 2021 and always had a positive experience. The instructors are attentive and we often go through a variety of movements. They also make sure that you feel welcome during your initial sessions and give you an orientation to the equipment. I recommend attending sessions with various of the instructors, as they have different styles. I have enjoyed my sessions with all instructors!

This Studio is a beautiful inclusive space for ALL bodies! it’s so refreshing to find a Reformer Studio that truly caters and modifies the workout depending on what your body is able to do on any given day. Instructors are all attentive and incredible knowledgeable and intuitive - they always have their eyes on clients giving those that need it a gentle nudge when they need it and supporting those that require it too. Highly recommend this Studio!
