I've been practicing hot yoga for 10 years, and have been to several hot yoga studios. Bend and zen is by far the best! They offer free towel and Mat service,water, and student discount and donation classes. All of the teachers are down to earth and approachable, and I love the variety of classes! Bend & zen is theonly place I will go to practice hot yoga

The mantra the other day was "unfuck yourself" which was awesome. I unfucked myself all week and feel amazing. Plus frozen towels, amazing teachers, and cleanliness.
