you have been my yoga family for going on 4 years. Every teacher and every person there shares their peace and love when I walk through the door. You help me through the struggles of everyday life and the once in a lifetime struggles too. Since coming to bend and zen I have blossomed, my soul is lighter and my mind healthier.
