Everything about the place. the mission statement on westport viallage website hits it dead center. everything dreamed of is perfectly manifested at Bend and Zen, it is my "best yoga" ever, and i wasn't even realizing the elegance of the space, but there is something esteeming about it. But the people, the energry, they are the heart of the place and the integrity which is palpable, emanates from the staff.
