Definitely the atmosphere and the instructor. I am new to yoga and a bit overweight. I am older and working to be more flexible. I modify many of the poses. The studio and the staff are very welcoming. The instructor guided smoothly and aided in my mindset to be present in the class. The speed and timing of the class was perfect.
