Because Bend and Zen is an amazing family of yogis! Warm, welcoming and kind. The studio is spacious and clean and the bathrooms and showers make the transition from hot yoga back to life easy. Showing up to my mat at Bend and Zen is the single best thing I do for my mind, body and soul.
