I LOVE Bend and Zen. The facility is beautiful and clean-- and the teachers are wonderful and welcoming. Hot yoga is my drug. I feel so incredible every time I leave Bend and Zen-- strong and at peace ✌🏼 💗 Yesterday was my first day back after having my second baby and I feel amazing! Can't wait to do it again.
