Teachers are very friendly and informative. Barrett is excellent, creating and leading a strong physical, spiritual, and mental practice while mixing it up with great music and lots of fun. I love her classes as well as all the others I have taken at Bend and Zen. I also love the lavendar infused frozen face cloths handed out at the end of class during Shavasana. Thank you for providing such a great yoga studio to our community.
