I enjoy hot yoga and used to come regularly. I left after an injury and hadn't returned for various reasons. But- I love the addition of floor Pilates at Bend and Zen!!!! It's a bonus that you've given Audrey such a supportive environment to work and grow. Thanks for that! I'll be taking more classes now. Glad to be back. Hoping to highlight her work their and classes on my business' social media. So glad she's a part of Bend and Zen!
