I have been going to this studio for 10+ years because you have the best teachers AND studio as in perfect blend of heat/humidity. I appreciate the 6 am classes that make it easy for me to fit into my schedule.

Friendly environment. Classes always push me but never pressure me to do a pose I'm not comfortable with yet. I always feel comfortable taking a break or taking a sip of water if necessary or changing a pose to accommodate my physical limitations (especially with no cartilage in my knees from previous injuries). I always feel comfortable and encouraged to do what my body needs!
