I liked the free yoga mats & towels. Great location. Friendly staff. Plenty of space. Clean showers 👍🏽

I loved the atmosphere and the instructor. I loved how it wasn't a pressured class. The class was inviting and for all levels with keeping in mind that you may participate or simply find your place in your mental and physical body. There was no corrections on posture or inspecting the individuals
