Bend and Zen is my absolute favorite yoga studio in Nashville! I've been going for the last couple years and highly recommend them. The teachers always remember my name and incorporate a great sense of community. The classes are awesome and they have a great mix of challenging, fun and relaxing options. They usually end class with a frozen lavender towel which is always such a nice touch. The space is always clean and inviting and they have towels and blocks to use for free. 10/10 studio & community!
