1. Friendly, warm and welcoming staff, 2. Relaxing environment. Not overcrowded, covid conscious. 3. Clean sterile tools opened from bag. 4. The nail techs are 95% of the 10. They were professional,thorough with the mani and pedi, knew what they were doing and what I needed without having to ask too many questions or needing any direction, spent time cleaning my nails well and shaping not only the top but the cuticle as well. 5. Focused on massaging and didn't feel rushed or annoyed they had to do it. Cons- The chairs are not made for short people. Not so relaxing having to manage the pedi stool and sitting up in the chair. The water for the pedi does not get warm enough. The availability of colors is low.
