Great studio with people who know what they are doing!
Such a friendly atmosphere, clean respectful environment, I took the sound bath class, my first and it was wonderful. I didn't think it did much other than relax me at the time but I do feel like I had a deep tissue massage today. Amazing.
It was a very clean, relaxing atmosphere, I felt awesome afterwards!!
