The class was amazing! The instructor was very kind and motivational!
Clean establishment/ organized/ colorful atmosphere. I like that even though I take the same classes, they are always slightly different; ex: movements/ workout layout, so it is never boring or routine. All of the instructors I have had are very kind and professional- but Sarah is the best- as I like her instructor style!
