The instructors are amaaaaazing!
Sarah is amazing. She challenges us and listens to our needs. Her guided imagery is powerful and moving. My ONLY complaint is I wish the room was heated by infrared. I've taken classes at other studios where I was drenched in sweat. I don't get that way with dry heat. :( Otherwise, awesome team and studio.
