Sally was an exceptional instructor. It was my first time doing yoga and I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were clean and peaceful.
I have been going to Be yoga for 2 1/2 years . They have several different classes for all levels of fitness . The teachers are so nice and encouraging. The studio is a warm and welcoming place to be .
It works the girls do a grrat job
Great class. Always feel so much better after class.
