be & breathe yoga is an inviting friendly atmosphere. I really enjoy the flow yoga in the hot room (low 90's). The instructors are encouraging in a gentle fun way. I always look forward to going.
Be & Breathe is a fantastic studio with great instructors. I wish I could go every day because I always feel great when I leave.
