Great studio! I have only visited once but will definitely be back!
My friend and I decided to try a yoga class at Be&Breathe because of the great promotion that was being offered. All it took was one flow class and we werehooked! Julie is incredible and the teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is gorgeous. Yoga is now a regular part of my week and is often thehighlight of my week. If you are looking for a studio I highly suggest coming in for a class.
Sara’s class was great. She is encouraging during the challengingmoments in class and I really enjoy her flow!
