I really liked the sense of community. I never attended a "hot" class before, so I was a little apprehensive, but it tuned out to be a great way to practice yoga. I think the heat helped my flexibility. I have learned over the years to "leave my ego outside the door" and the class I took lent itself to modifying the poses for my own practice.
Loved the space and the welcoming environment. Can't wait to go back.
Accommodations of the studio, provide towels and cold towel at the end of class and great teachers.
