Great instruction, class size, challenging but good workout, clean and nice facility and the cool washcloth at the end!
The teacher was fantastic. She knew how to cater to the group given the various levels of experience. She was gentle, kind, but still motivating. The studio was clean and welcoming and the peppermint towels were heaven!
