Be & Breathe is a great studio. It’s true to yoga and I get a great workout. There are many classes to chose from. I usually do the vinyasa flow bit occasionally I do the restorative class or the slow flow depending on what I need. I like all the teachers and the community. I’m really happy I found Be & Breathe.
