Everything was very well organized, and the staff was very friendly... I enjoyed the workshop, and would return if a similar Workshop was held. I do currently take yoga classes at the YMCA, so a regular yoga class would not suit me, but a workshop such as the one I attended on Sunday, would be perfect.
