I LOVE bare feet. Ali is a great instructor with fabulous cueing and sequencing. The environment is welcoming and it's heated just right. The only change I could think of would be to paint the walls a more calming color :) other than that, I LOVE IT!
Would recommend to friends who like heated and power yoga
